JIMMY Awards for 6th Week of Football

I was not impressed with this week of football. I am going to need you fellas to step it up this week. We have been handing out Jimmy's like American banks have been handing out bad home loans, so amidst the recession and the Dow dropping like its hot, the JIMMYS will be dropping as well.

College JIMMYS

Juice Williams, Illinois QB

Juice was working it as he recorded 431 total yards and 4tds in a win at the Big House.

Bruce Carter, UNC LB

Bruce was remarkable on defense and special teams. He tallied 6 tackles and 2 tackles for loss. More impressing was the fact that not only did he block three punts in one game, but he blocked all three punts consecutively.

NFL JIMMYS

Reggie Bush, Saints RB

Bush was essentially tamed offensively by the Vikings, but they could not stop him on special teams. Bush returned two punts for touchdowns with returns of 74 and 64 yards.

Gary Brackett, Colts LB

Brackett saved the game with a fumble return for a 68 yard touchdown in the fourth quarter to help lead the comeback against the Texans.
